These are the current rates for My House at Disney.
From time to time there may be special offers on this page so keep an eye out for a real bargain. For UK residents or for those requiring a price in GBP please email us so that we can provide a quotation based on the current exchange rate. We are licensed (like a hotel) so we collect and pay state and county tax. Taxes are added to the quote (or can be quoted inclusive of taxes.)
Before requesting information on booking specific dates for reservation, check our availability calendar, and read through our term and conditions. . Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of $145 will be charged for all stays.
Security Deposit
A $300.00 Security Deposit is due when making your villa rental reservation. When your vacation is finished, the property manager will perform an inspection of the home. The security deposit will be refunded to you upon a safisfaction report from the manager.
Rental Payments
The total balance of payment is due 3 months before your vacation start date. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the reservation.
This villa is strictly NON-SMOKING and PET FREE for the comfort of all of our guests..
Smoking is not permitted inside or by the pool area.
Pool heat is $69 per week.
Local and state taxes are not included in the price.
The entire security deposit will be taken as penalty if the Management Company discovers evidence of smoking.
